Booking Appointments
All appointments must be booked online or directly through Aries Lash. You may call or text Aries Lash at (832-895-1531)
A valid debit/credit card is required to secure your appointment.
Same-day appointments may be limited and are first-come, first-served.
Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
Deposits go toward your service total and secure your spot.
If you reschedule with proper notice, your deposit will transfer once.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24–48 hours before your appointment.
Late cancellations forfeit the deposit.
No-shows will be charged 50–100% of the service total
Late Arrival Policy
Please arrive on time. Being late cuts into your lash time and may affect the fullness of your set.
If you are 15 minutes late or more, your appointment may be canceled and treated as a no-show.
No-Show Policy
Clients who no-show will be charged 50-100% of the service amount, depending on service booked.
After two no-shows, future bookings may be denied.
Foreign Fills
We accept foreign fills on a case-by-case basis.
A consultation may be required to assess your lashes.
If the existing work is not compatible with Aries Lash standards, a removal and new set will be recommended.
Lash Fills & Maintenance
Fills must be scheduled every 2–3 weeks with at least 30–50% of lashes remaining.
Appointments with less than the required retention will be charged as a full set.
After 4 weeks, a full set is required.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of services, no refunds are issued.
If you experience any concerns with your lashes, please contact us within 72 hours of your appointment for a complimentary touch-up/correction (if applicable).
Aftercare Responsibility
Clients are responsible for following aftercare instructions provided.
Poor retention due to improper aftercare (mascara, oils, steam, etc.) is not the responsibility of Aries Lash.
Age Requirement
Clients must be at least 18 years old.
Minors (16–17) may be serviced with parent/guardian signed consent.
Health & Safety
If you have any eye infections, irritations, or conditions, you must reschedule until fully healed.
Clients must disclose allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to their appointment.
Client who have fever and/or excessive cough, or display symptoms of Covid-19 (Coronavirus) will be required to reschedule and must be fever free for at least 48 prior to scheduled appointment.
We reserve the right to refuse service for health and safety reasons.
Children & Guests
For safety and relaxation, no children or extra guests are allowed in the lash room.
Photography & Social Media
Aries Lash may take photos/videos of your lashes for marketing purposes.
If you prefer not to be photographed, please let us know at the start of your appointment.
Payment Policy
All major credit/debit cards, Zelle, Apple Pay and cash are accepted.
Balances are due in full at the end of your appointment.
Tips are never required but always appreciated.
Allergic Reactions
True allergic reactions are rare but possible.
If an allergic reaction occurs, please contact Aries Lash asap soon as possible, removal will be offered free of charge.
Refunds are not provided for reactions.
